This ensures our students receive structured, age-appropriate Tamil language education that aligns with internationally recognized standards. Each course is designed to nurture language skills, cultural awareness, and a strong foundation in Tamil literacy, guided by ATA’s proven academic framework.
Age Group:
Minimum 7 years old.
Eligibility:
Should have completed Level 3 (A, Tha, Ka level) or should already know how to read and write letters, words, and simple sentences.
Objective:
To develop and strengthen foundational language skills.
Language Skills:
Reading and understanding simple sentences, and writing them.
Comprehending short stories and grasping their meaning.
Pronouncing words clearly and learning to engage in discussions.
Introduction to the richness of the language, its culture, and literature.
Translating words and ideas accurately without errors.
Grammar:
Learning about nouns, pronouns, and various verb forms with tenses.
Forming sentences using basic grammar principles.
Using verbs appropriately.
Modifying sentences according to the context or tense.
Learning the eight types of case markers (Vetrumai urupugal).

குறைந்த பட்சம் 7 வயது.
தகுதி:
அ த க நிலை 3 முடித்திருக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது ஏற்கனவே எழுத்துக்கள் சொற்கள், சிறுவாக்கியங்கள் படிக்க எழுத தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
நோக்கம்:
மொழித்திறன்:
சிறு வாக்கியங்களைப் படித்து புரிந்து கொள்ளுதல், எழுதுதல்.
சிறுகதைகளை உள்வாங்கி கருத்தை கிரகித்தல்.
சொற்களைத் தெளிவாக உச்சரித்தல், கலந்துரையாட கற்றல். மொழியின் தொன்மை, கலாசாரம் இலக்கியத்தின் அறிமுகம்.
சொல் கருத்து பிழையின்றி மொழி மாற்றம் செய்தல்.
இலக்கணம்:
பெயர்ச்சொற்கள், சுட்டுப்பெயர் பல்வேறு வினைச்சொற்கள் காலநிலைகளை அறிதல்.
அடிப்படை இலக்கணங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தி வாக்கியங்களை அமைத்தல். வினைச்சொற்களை பயன்படுத்துதல்.
கால சூழ்நிலையைப் பொருத்து வாக்கியங்களை மாற்றியமைத்தல். எட்டு வகையான வேற்றுமை உருபுகளை அறிதல்.
